Over Father's Day weekend, we went camping to Heise (hi-see). It was lots of fun, but definitely a lot different than any camping I had experienced before. There was a golf coarse, miniature golf coarse, restaurant, pool with water slide and hot tubs, and each camping space was only about 20ish feet apart. At first, we hit up the mini golf. I forgot my camera, but I snapped a few photos on my phone. I'm pretty sure Ava won.
That night everyone was bundled up nice and warm in Tara and Jarom's new camp trailer, but Rhett and I were excited to bust out our tent and air mattress that we bought the year before but never had a chance to use yet and rough it! That was until about 3 am when I woke up freezing with and ear ache. After breakfast and packing up, we headed to the pool. Between swimming, ice cream, fries, yummy pizza, and getting fried, it was a great day and an even better weekend!
